Don’t let your mind bully your body! In other words, don’t eat your feelings. Bad days are a thing and some of us find comfort in food during these days, guilty! But what we need to realize is that what we put in our bodies affects our minds and therefore that bad food we indulge in during those days may make us happy, but that happiness is not going to last long. Rather do yoga, meditate, go for a run or read a book.
